Shweta Prashant is the Founder and Executive Chairman on the Board of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and carries a wide range of experience from the Middle East to Asia. Her expertise spans construction, real estate, infrastructure, water, oil & gas, and the renewable energy sector. She is on the board of directors of several companies, where she contributes her strategic insights to drive growth and innovation across the industry.

Prashant Sasidharan, the Founder and Managing Director of the company, is a distinguished business leader with over 31 years of experience across diverse sectors, including Import & Export, Commodity Trading, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, and Telecom industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Kerala and a master’s degree in Computer Science from Madras University.

With more than 18 years in leadership roles, Prashant has successfully led P&L management for multiple companies and spearheaded M&A deals, playing a pivotal role in transforming business performance. His strategic insights and leadership have also been recognized through his service on the boards of various companies.

Kurian Vinod Mohan is a Non-Executive Director and a vital asset to our operations. He serves as the Director of Vintage Developers, India, and Vintage Luxe Real Estate LLC, based in Dubai, UAE. With over 20 years of experience in launching and expanding businesses and markets, Kurian is adept in business policy and planning, international marketing, and contracts management for power and non-power industries.

He has been associated with our company since August 22, 2019, right from the inception of Eagleye Ventures. As the Group Head – Coordination at Eagleye Ventures and Eagleye Infrastructure Projects Private Limited, his strategic insights and leadership skills significantly enhance our growth and operational efficiency, driving innovation and success within the company.

B. Sasidharan Chettiar serves as an Additional Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala and brings over 50 years of extensive experience.

Before joining our company, Sasidharan was associated with the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) which operates under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) and Saudi Iron & Steel Co. (Hadeed). His vast expertise and leadership in nuclear energy research, development of nuclear reactors, engineering and industry operations make him an invaluable asset to our infrastructure company, contributing significantly to strategic planning and operational excellence.
